Note: Wetlands Water Park Season Pass Guidelines

*Season passes will be available for pre-sale via online and at The Wetlands Water Park Admission Window (in-season). All passes must be pre-paid before issued to patron.
*Season Pass Holder must be photographed and an individual pass issued before admittance
*Season Passes may only be used by the individual whose picture is on the pass and are non-transferable.
*Season Pass Holders must present their individual passes before entering the entrance gate. Season Pass patrons not presenting their pass will not be admitted.
*No Refunds for season pass. Season passes are not transferable.
* Season Pass patrons must abide by all Wetlands Water Park Rules.
*Individual season passes may be revoked by the Water Park Director because of serious infractions of Wetlands Water Park Rules or policies. No refund will be given to a patron that has his/her pass revoked.
*Season Pass Patrons will be allowed to enter the Water Park by presenting their pass to the greeter at the entrance gate. They are not required to stand in the ticket line. However, if the Wetlands Water Park is at capacity, season pass patrons must wait in line for a guest to leave. If a waiting line exists at the entry gate when at capacity, season pass holders will have to take their place in line. If a season pass patron leaves the water park facility and capacity is reached before re-entry, the patron must take their place in line if a waiting line exists at the entry gate.
*Season Pass Patrons under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult eighteen years or older.
*Season Pass Patrons may obtain entry during the regular operating hours on any day the Wetlands Water Park is open. Every effort will be made to operate the facility during hours advertised, however, the Wetlands Water Park does not guarantee full daily operation of the pool facility. The facility may be closed due to inclement weather, power failure, emergency, or any other reason as directed by the Director of the park.
*Season Pass cards that are lost or stolen must be replaced before re-entry at the expense of the Patron. A replacement form must be filled out and a mandatory replacement card fee of $10.00 be paid before a new pass will be issued.

In order to mail season passes you will need to have a photo uploaded in your profile picture. All other passes can be completed in person at the park.
